Overview

Android SDK enables developers to create applications for a variety of commercial and consumer markets. It facilitates a developer to incorporate variety of locational data into their development efforts including:

• Demographic data and lifestyle segmentation that can be retrieved by address and location inputs.
• Emergency routing (PSAP) data that can be retrieved by providing address and location input.
• POI information, address information, nearby places and timezone information that can be retrieved by providing location coordinates.
• Narrowing location search based on various available parameters.
• Sales Tax and Use Tax information and taxrate information.
• Retrieving Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) doing-business-as names.
