OutputCasing	Specifies the casing of these output fields: County.Name, CBSA.Name, MCD.Name, Place.Name, IPDn.DistrictName, PAYn.DistrictName, SPDn.DistrictName, and PTCn.PayrollDescription. One of the following: M Returns the output in mixed case (default). For example: Rensselaer. U Returns the output in upper case. For example: RENSSELAER.
