Step 6: Create Customers, Operators, and BALAs

Customers and brokers/agents/list administrators (BALAs) are organizations that are responsible for handling the mailing list. Operators are VeriMove users who execute jobs. Before you can define or execute a job you must create these individuals in VeriMove.
