Creating New Template

This topic helps you to select a table and create a new information template on the selected table.

Naming conventions for Template:

  • Template name should not start with a number.
  • Template name should not contain &, *, $, =, >, <, ?, |, [,], :, \, ", %, @, #, ^, ;,., /, and {,} .

To create a template, follow the steps given below:

  1. Choose the Table to create customized information map template.
  2. Click on the Create New button.
    The template designer page appears. You can now select-
    • Column Selection
    • Bar Chart
    • Pie Chart
    • Street Imagery
    • Add Text
  3. Click on the Save button.
  4. Enter a name for your template in the Name your template field.
  5. Click Save.
Your template is created and saved, now you can go to the Project Settings page to map your template.
