Operating system and file support
Winshuttle Journal Entry offers the following support for Microsoft Excel files:
- Language support for Journal Entry is available for French, German, and Spanish. If Microsoft Office is installed on the client in one of these languages, Journal Entry appears in that locale by default. For all other system languages, Journal Entry appears in English.
- Language support for SAP logon is available for any language that is available in SAP. When the document is viewed in SAP, the document opens in the language that the user chooses when logging on to SAP.
- Winshuttle Journal Entry also supports Microsoft Office 2013 and Windows 8.
- Support for .xlsm files.
SSO
Journal Entry supports single sign on (SSO). With single sign on, the SAP system uses the Windows credentials (user name and password) for each user.
