Manage Users
Resend invites or manage users and their assigned roles.
Disclaimer: Due to the evolving nature, certain parts of
this video may or may not be current with your version of the product.
- Click in the upper-right of your screen.

The User list displays all users, their assigned roles, and their current status. If the list is long, use the Search or use the page controls at the bottom of the list to navigate between pages.
- Invited - when the user is successfully added, the system automatically sends an email to the corresponding address
- Joined - the user has received the email and followed the instructions to confirm their address.
Add a user
Add a user to generate an email invitation for user access.
- Click + Add User on the right of your screen.
- Enter their name and email.
- Optional. Select Workspace Administrator to switch from one working environment to another without signing out and signing back in.

Select the role or roles they should have for each applicable functional area and click Add User .
For example, you may want a user to be a Viewer in Data Profiling and a Designer in Data Integration. This would allow them to view data profile results, to use Data Integration APIs, and to build flows.
Edit a user
Adjust a user's roles to add or remove access to various parts of the system.
- Use the Search to locate the user.
- Click the vertical ellipsis menu next to their name and select Edit User.
- Optional. Select Workspace Administrator to switch from one working environment to another without signing out and signing back in.

Select or deselect the appropriate roles and click Save Changes.
Note: The name and email address cannot be edited. If this information has changed, note their current role(s). Then create a new user with the correct information and identical roles.
Resend a user invitation
Resend an invite when a user has been added but they have misplaced the original email and need to establish system access.
- Use the Search to locate the user. Confirm the email is correct.
- Click the vertical ellipsis menu next to their name and select Resend Invite. The system will confirm that a Welcome email has been re-sent.
Remove a user
Remove a user to prevent access to the entire system.
- Use the Search to locate the user.
- Click the vertical ellipsis menu next to their name and select Remove User.
- The system will prompt to confirm the removal. Click Remove.
