Scheduled Jobs Entry fields

Fields/Buttons Description
Name Enter a Scheduled Job identifier.
Version The auto-generated value found in this field is the version number of the Scheduled Job.
Description Enter a description of the Scheduled Job in this field.
DFS Plan Enter a command to run. The commands listed here are maintained in the Data Flow Settings page. The DFS Plan output is input for the Generate application you select.
Designer/Generate Template/Application This list displays EngageOne™ Compose Templates with Batch mode enabled. You must also have Send Jobs permission.
Outbound Profile Displays the Outbound Profile associated with the selected Generate application.

If blank, the list displays all active Outbound Profiles with Batch enabled.You must also have Send Jobs permission
Start Date & Time The time zone uses the Web browser setting. Otherwise, it is set to the default specified in the Vendor Environment settings.
Upload File | Specify Location Choose one:
  • Upload one of these file types:
    • A DFS Plan.
    • A Generate application, if no DFS Plan is entered.
    • A Journal file if no DFS Plan and no Generate application is entered.
  • Click on Specify Location to enter the full path or UNC to the input file on the server.
