System administration

Use System Administration to Use Community Administration to
add/remove System Administrators access EngageOne Admin features
create/rename/remove communities assign document roles to users, such as template manager
manage administrators for communities manage user roles within communities
access EngageOne Admin features create document review and approval workflows
manage document templates
manage Vault databases
System administrators cannot:

  • delete themselves

  • access communities they are not assigned to

 Community names must:

  • be unique

  • Not include any of these characters: /: [ ] | * '
Important: Deleting a community deletes all associated templates, workflows, and assets.
