Communications

A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.

Communications are presented that have not been finalized and require action. For example, you may have started working on a document and then decide to save it to resume work on it at some later point. A communication will be created indicating that the document has still to be finalized with the appropriate status assignment. Refer to Communications statuses. When the communication has been delivered it will move from the communication view to the awaiting delivery view and will be held there until it has been successfully delivered.
