The asset promotion command line utility (APC)

The asset promotion feature described in previous sections of this chapter is not compatible with pre-4.4.3 versions of the software to export assets to the standard promotion bundle. The APC allows you to overcome this limitation; you can use the APC to export all supported assets from any EngageOne Compose Server version and then import these assets to a server using the same or a later version of the asset promotion server feature. The APC supports all asset types available in the asset promotion server feature from version 4.4.7 of the software onwards.
