Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne administrator.

Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.

Delivery options

E-mail

When a document is selected for delivery through the e-mail channel, both the Mail To and Mail From e-mail addresses may already be specified as well as the body of the e-mail itself. Or, you might be prompted for this information. The document format generated depends on the composition device set for the delivery channel. This is configured by the EngageOne administrator.

Print

If a document is routed for print, it is sent to the specified printer or if intended for batch printing, to a location where all documents can be accumulated and handled by the normal production process.

Fax

The target fax number may already be specified, or you may be prompted for it.
