EngageOne™ Interactive user roles

Document Manager Can view all users' tasks and can assign/reassign tasks.
Editor Can view templates and edit the communication. They have access to the following links on the EngageOne™ Interactive application:
  • Home
  • Templates
  • Communications
  • Tasks
  • Awaiting Delivery

You must have the Editor role if you are reviewing and approving workflows.

Editor with saving new templates Can view templates, edit the communication and have the extra ability to save the new communication as a new template. They have access to the following links on the EngageOne™ Interactive application:

  • Communications
  • Tasks
  • Awaiting Delivery

A Save as Template link will appear on the Edit Communication page.
