The Home page
The information that you see on this page depends on the permissions assigned to you by your EngageOne™ administrator. The Home page is divided into several areas that allow you to view details on the following:
Favorite Templates
Templates are used to create your final communication based on the selected template's predefined format. Initially, this area of your Home page will be empty and is populated when you mark a template as a favorite. If your list is empty or the template is not presented, click Browse all templates to search through all available templates. You can view a sample template, and assign favorites in this area of your Home page. Refer to Templates for further information.
Search Archives
You can use EngageOne™ Vault to search archived documents from a selected database and view them based on month or communication type. Note that EngageOne™ Vault must be installed for the Select Archive pane to be available. Refer to Search Archive for further information.
Communications
Communications are created from predefined templates and are progressed through a set of predefined states before delivery to your customer. Refer to Communications for further information.
Tasks
Tasks allow users to participate in processes that manage the life cycle of a communication from design to delivery. For example, as a front office user, you may be adding information to your communication but before it can be delivered it must be reviewed and approved. In this scenario, a Task will be created and assigned to one or more reviewers. Refer to Tasks for further information.
Awaiting Delivery
The Awaiting Delivery pane presents documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not yet been delivered. Refer to Awaiting Delivery for further information.
