Tasks
Participate in predefined processes that manage the lifecycle of communications from design to delivery using predefined workflows.
Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.
Templates
Templates are used as a base to create your final customer communication.
Editing and confirming data
Where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify the accuracy of pre-populated data, or enter missing data before the communication is edited.
Editing communications
This describes the editing options that allow you to create and edit your customer communication using the selected template.
Selecting delivery options
Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne™ administrator.
Awaiting Delivery

Overview

EngageOne™ Compose allows document templates maintained in EngageOne™ Designer to undergo quality control through structured review and approval processes.

Front office users to create interactive communications from predefined document templates, which may be submitted for review prior to delivery.

Workflows are used to drive the review and approval process; these are defined by Workflow Administrators and associated to templates by Template Managers.

The interactive editor is available as:

An ActiveX control supported by Microsoft Edge in IE Mode only.

A desktop application usable by all Supported Browsers.
