Import from server location

Import assets or asset bundles into EngageOne™.

Prerequisites

The import location must be accessible to the EngageOne™ environment. This applies when importing to another environment.
In this case, when using Open Import, you must copy the folder structure to the new environment. The folder structure will be created when importing using the Promotion Bundle where the folder structure does not exist.
The folder structure for the import must match the structure for the export.

Import from Directory

Enter the sub-directory path under the default import directory defined in your installation's deploy.properties file; see Defining Import/Export root directories for further information.
