Asset associations

Project managers can associate assets from a designated EngageOne™ Designer repository to their project. Click on the Add Asset option from the Projects page to associate one or more assets to an existing project. It is important to note that the availability of the Add Asset and Remove Asset options on the Projects page depends on the current status of your project as follows:


Enabled on Status:
Created
Running
Approved


Disabled on Status:
Merging
Merged
Closed

Note: The button Add Asset is enabled only if the project is saved at least once.
