Channel Readiness

  • Resolved: In the Channel Readiness widget, if a channel's attribute's circle graph is clicked, the repository is opened in a repository view and the attribute's name is displayed with the attribute column's "F_ name" appended. It should only show the attribute's name. (Support 52331, EW-3416)

  • Resolved: When a saved set used by a Channel Readiness channel is updated, the changes are not reflected when the channel's statistics are updated. (Support 60651, EW-7420)

Data Management

  • Resolved: In the New UI, when a record is edited in the Detail Editor, if the date-picker calendar is used to enter a date, the date is entered and displayed incorrectly. (Support 58353, EW-5827)

  • Resolved: In the Classic UI, when a code set attribute is used in a repeatable association group, some code sets will appear out of order in the dropdown selector. (Support 52264, EW-5906)

  • Resolved: When a record is updated, in the New UI the history of an attribute in that record will show that the attribute was updated, even if that attribute value was not updated. (Support 60976, EW-5961)

  • Resolved: In the Classic UI, in the Manage Links editor, the Window Display Height can be set but the setting is not reflected in the New UI. (Support 60941, EW-6016)

  • Resolved: When a record is cloned, formulas are not working on attributes with empty or NULL values. (Support 61283, EW-6038)

  • Resolved: In the New UI's Detail Editor, descriptions for code sets do not appear. (Support 62434, EW-6509)

  • Resolved: Attributes in an association group are populated with a 0 if no default value is specified. (Support 59701, EW-6546)

  • Resolved: Code set attributes in association groups cannot be edited. (EW-6602)

  • Resolved: When the values of an association group are edited in the New UI, the tab key does not open all the values for editing, as it does in the Classic UI. (Support 62685, EW-6613)

  • Resolved: When the Multi-edit capability is in use, the multi-language icon is not displayed for multi-language repeatable attributes. (EW-7053)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, if record ownership is implemented, if a record is copied, its attribute values are not copied to the new record. (Support 64533, EW-7538)

  • Resolved: Changing the sequence of code set values does not change the order in which they are displayed in the repository. (Support 61417, EW-7541)

Digital Assets Management

  • Resolved: In the New UI, if the Upload DAM Assets widget is refreshed, the widget stops working and freezes the Dashboard. (EW-7296)

  • Resolved: When digital asset variants are processed, sometimes MonitorDAMDrop stops and must be restarted. (Support 64196, EW-7444)

EnterWorks Installation and Patch Deployment

  • Resolved: When the EPIM database is restored on a different environment, triggers are not brought over. (Support 59755, EW-6319)

Imports and Exports

  • Resolved: When post-processing is applied in a Scheduled Export job, if the post-processing does not produce a file, an error is not generated. (Support 58863, EW-5510, EW-6387)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, users with administration permissions are getting a "No Save Permission" error when attempting to modify and save an existing Import Template. (Support 61154, EW-6005, EW-6007)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, Import and Export Templates cannot be generated that leverage the predefined templates. (Support 62662, EW-6436, EW-6547)

  • Resolved: Import jobs using the "Validate Afterward" option sometimes get stuck and do not finish processing. (EW-7278, EW-7451)

  • Resolved: When an Import is performed using the options "Keep repository values if Import values are empty/null" and "Update Only", the correct values are not stored. (Support 64002, EW-7545)

  • Resolved: When using an import template to import a CSV file that is smaller than the maximum row size, an error is generated that states: 'Exception during batch #1 processing: Cannot create a row of size 10096 which is greater than the allowable maximum row size of 8060.' (Support 65996, EW-7599)

  • Resolved: When an attempt is made to import of category attributes using a template, records are not being inserted when necessary. (EW-8154)

Migration

  • Resolved: Clone properties are failing to load and populate after migration. (Support 61541, EW-6198)

Searches and Filters

  • Resolved: If a repository view is using a preference that includes only relational attributes (attributes in the snapshot table) and linked attributes, if a filter is applied an error will be generated. (EW-5180)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, if a Saved Search with multiple OR conditions is used in an Export, it is processed as if the ORs are ANDs, so no rows are exported. (Support 60927, EW-5830)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, Saved Searches with multiple OR conditions create saved sets for only one condition. (Support 60927, EW-5862)

  • Resolved: When a repository is displayed in a repository view in a grid, the user is unable to create a Saved Search using linked attributes as Filters. (Support 60910, EW-5968)

  • Resolved: In an Advanced Search, the eyeball lookup IN search should be available for attributes of type VARCHAR. (EW-6333, EW-6634)

  • Resolved: Saved Search filters are not applied in widgets. (Support 61462, EW-6569)

  • Resolved: In the New UI's Detail Editor, if an attribute value is edited and the record is saved, a search will not find the attribute's value until the record is closed and reopened. (Support 60518, EW-6664)

  • Resolved: Advanced Searches on category attributes do not appear pre-filled if the user applies the search, reopens the search, then closes the search window by clicking the X button. (EW-6946)

  • Resolved: When an Advanced Search is configured, when an eyeball lookup is performed for non-relational attributes (attributes not in the snapshot table) the values do not appear. (EW-7197)

  • When an Advanced Search eyeball lookup search is performed on an attribute of type TIMESTAMP or DATE, the selector that appears has an incorrect date time format. (EW-7293)

  • Resolved: When an Advanced Search eyeball lookup search is performed on category attributes, it shows incorrect lookup values. (EW-7299)

  • Resolved: When an Advanced Search eyeball lookup IN search is performed, if you select more than one value, the entire list of values does not appear in the search term. (EW-7302)

  • Resolved: If an Advanced Search is performed, then the user edits the column filter, the wrong value is applied in the search. (EW-7305)

  • Resolved: If an Advanced Search is performed that uses the Link Search capability, an error is generated that says the column name is invalid. (Support 61317, EW-7491)

  • Resolved: In the New UI, when an Advanced Search is being configured, sometimes search criteria are not displayed. (EW-7669)

  • Resolved: Advanced search using Link Search functionality does not return records. (EW-7995)

Security

  • Resolved: When a non-administrator user adds a record to a repository, if ownership is specified for an attribute and the user should be able to see the default value for the attribute, they cannot. (Support 63431, EW-7207)

  • Resolved: Impersonating a user in the New UI grants access to repositories neither user has access permissions for. (Support 65779, EW-7617)

  • Resolved: Log4j vulnerabilities have been addressed. (Support 66059, EW-7632)

Validation

  • Resolved: Validation rules are not applied to association groups. (Support 61115, EW-6555)

Widgets

  • Resolved: The Repository Status Report widget has an unneeded horizontal scaling bar and when the widget is resized, the graph does not change scale. (EW-7448)

  • Resolved: If the Feature bar is disabled and the user is impersonating another user, sometimes Shortcuts to repository views do not work. (Support 65826, EW-7777)

Workflow

  • Resolved: EPX_WORKFLOW_STATUS is displayed in red text indicating an error because a file is not archived. (Support 60499, EW-5615, EW-6543)

  • Resolved: When a user is impersonating a different user and they submit an item to workflow, the InitiatedUserEmailAddr property is left blank instead of indicating the impersonated user. (Support 63722, EW-6945)

  • Resolved: If the FTP BIC is in a Scheduled Import Process workflow, sometimes the downloaded file is not deleted on the FTP server, an exception is thrown, and other files are not downloaded. The download is also taking a very long time. (Support 64529, EW-7245)
