EMS, Fire, and Police Information

These fields contain information about the emergency medical service (EMS), fire, and police services that provide service for the location. For each service (EMS, fire, and police) the following set of fields is returned where Service is one of the following:
  • Ems
  • Fire
  • Police

For example, the field containing the agency name of the EMS service is EMSAgency. The field containing the agency name of the fire service is FireAgency.

ServiceAgency

The name of the EMS, fire, or police agency that provides service for the location.

ServiceAlarmPhone

The phone number that an alarm company should call to report an emergency to the EMS, fire, or police agency. If no phone number is returned in this field, emergencies should be reported to the phone number in the PsapOperatorPhone field.

ServiceComments

General information about the EMS, fire, or police agency.

ServiceContactPhone

The non-emergency phone number for the EMS, fire, or police agency.

ServiceCoverageArea

The name of the area where the EMS, fire, or police agency provides service.

ServiceCoverageExceptions

The name of areas excluded from the EMS, fire, or police agency's coverage area.

ServiceID

The unique ID number of the EMS, fire, or police agency.

ServiceCity

The city where the EMS, fire, or police agency is located.

ServiceState

The abbreviation of the state where the EMS, fire, or police agency is located.

ServiceStreet

The building number and street where the EMS, fire, or police agency is located.

ServiceZip

The ZIP Code of the address where the EMS, fire, or police agency is located.

ServiceStatus

Indicates whether an EMS/fire/police agency was found for the location. One of the following.

F
No EMS/fire/police agency was found for the location.
null
An EMS/fire/police agency was found for the location.

ServiceStatus.Code

If an EMS/fire/police agency was not found, this field shows the reason.

ServiceStatus.Description

If an EMS/fire/police agency was not found, this field shows an additional description of the reason.
