Search Options
Search options determine which records are visible in the Exception Editor.
Click the SEARCH tab on the left side of the Data Stewardship Portal Editor page to view search options. The following search options are always visible on the Search Options panel.
- User
- The ID of the user assigned to the dataflow. This information will be visible only if you have modify permissions. The default setting is the current user.
- Dataflow name
- The name of the dataflow that generated the records. This selection is required.
- Stage label
- The user-defined name given to the Exception Monitor stage in the dataflow. This information is particularly useful in cases where a dataflow contains multiple Exception Monitor stages. If the person who created the dataflow gave each Exception Monitor stage a meaningful label you can identify which Exception Monitor produced the record. The default label is "Exception Monitor". This selection is required.
- Status
- Lists possible approval status categories for records in the exception repository. The number of records currently in a category is displayed next to the status label. These values are updated each time a user saves changes.
