Assigning Records
The All Records page enables you to reassign records from one user to another.

On the Data Stewardship Portal page, click Manage.
This displays the Manage page.
- Click Assignments to expand the assignment options.
- In the User field, select a user whose exceptions you want to assign to another user.

To reassign all records belonging to a user, skip to step 6. To reassign a
portion of a user's records, complete one or more of these fields:
Field Description Dataflow name The name of the dataflow producing the records. Stage label The name of the stage producing the records. Job ID The ID assigned to the job containing the records. Data domain The kind of data assigned in the Exception Monitor. Quality metrics The kind of metric assigned in the Exception Monitor. From date/time The start date in a range of dates in which the records were created. To date/time The end date in a range of dates in which the records were created. Record status Select one or more status from the list. If none is selected, all records matching other filters are reassigned. For example, select status of Edited and Rejected records and only records with those status values are reassigned. -
After completing your selections in the User, Dataflow name, and Stage label fields (at minimum), you can further refine the filter based on exception field values.
This example would return all records with a value of "FL" in the State field:
This example would return all records that do not have a PostalCode value of 60510:
This example would return all records with a StateProvince of "NY" with all postal codes except 14226.
- Click Reassign.
- Optional:
Select the number of exceptions you want to reassign.
You can assign all or some of the resulting exceptions to the new user. For example, if you enter "10" as the limit, only the first 10 records meeting the criteria will be reassigned and the remaining records meeting the criteria will not be reassigned.
- Select another user in the Reassign box.
- Click Confirm.
