This product update resolves issues for modifying a named layer that points to a Multi-Resolution Raster (MRR) table, uploading TAB files whose names have Japanese characters, persistent updates using the routing REST APIs, Uploading a CSV file in UTF-8 BOM encoding, saving geocoding configurations, and REST Mapping service requests.

Also, the functionality profile has a new setting to enable layer properties for all layers.

This product update fixes an issue when uploading a table (using Spectrum Spatial Analyst) that replaces an existing SQL Server table where Spectrum Spatial may have deleted the wrong spatial index. This would happen only in cases where the table being replaced had more than one spatial index.

This product update resolves the following issues:

• The callout on a Raster layer did not display information for all fields and bands. It provided information for the first field/band only.
• The See on Map functionality showed inconsistent behavior and was not always highlighting the chosen feature.
• An issue with creating a thematic map in Spectrum Spatial Analyst version 2020.1. The application stopped responding while creating a thematic on large data sets, (tables having millions of records).
• An issue with the map project with only one layer in it. The label styling was not working correctly and losing the saved styling on project reload. This error occurs only when the map project contains only a single layer.
• An issue with renaming a layer in Spectrum Spatial Analyst version 2020.1. After renaming a layer, the custom layer settings got ignored, and the settings reverted to the default.
• Spectrum Spatial Analyst was throwing "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" when loading a custom component that makes a POST request without specifying any Content-Type HTTP header.
• The Label continues to be visible even when the layer is disabled. The label layer was showing up for the layers whose rendering property was not present or disabled.
• The WMS services did not work in Spectrum Spatial Manager version 2020.1 if the top layer was not a group layer.
• The Label styling was not working correctly for named layers and named map created using the Spatial Manager.

This product update resolves the following issues and also includes some new features and enhancements to some of the existing features.

• Spectrum Spatial named tiles exposed as Mapbox Vector Tiles were not rendering properly in Spectrum Spatial Analyst.
• Issue with deleting databind from the Project Settings page in Spectrum Spatial.
• If a named table had numeric column name or Japanese characters in the names of its columns, it was not feasible to create custom templates on such a table.
• The Query in Annotation returns points outside of the annotation.
• Non-admin users were not able to delete map projects despite having read and write permissions on the folder containing those map projects.
• The zoom in and zoom out buttons were displaying inconsistently in mobile landscape mode.
• Issue with Geocoding configurations. Changes made in the Geocoding configurations through the user interface not getting saved in the underlying XML file.

• Fixes an issue that caused a failure with 401 error code while loading map projects in Single Sign-On enabled deployments.
