Bugs fixed

• Fixed an issue with Master-Detail or Single object scripts that were created with v4.0.

  Calculated or derived fields were treated as input fields in v4.0, but these are not upload fields for Salesforce.com.

Known issues

• Scripts that were created in v3.9 need to be recreated in v4.0.1 if they return the following error in the Run log:

  Err: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index
