Is it possible to delete information that is held in the table /WINSHUTLQ/QREPRC?

Yes. Deleting the information from this table will not impact other tables.

To clear the table perpetually, do one of the following:

• In the SAP server instance profile parameter, set gw/monitor = 1.

  This is for auto-orphaned chunk clearing, a Winshuttle mechanism. It is used for tracking Winshuttle connections to the SAP server and clears data in this table for prematurely closed connections.

  Then run the SA38 report /WINSHTLQ/QREPRC_CLEAR_PRG2 one time to clear the table.

• Schedule the SA38 report /WINSHTLQ/QREPRC_CLEAR_PRG2 every two weeks at a time when no Winshuttle Query users are running queries. The report will not take more than 180 seconds to run.
