Rapid Campaigns Dashboard

In the Rapid Campaigns Dashboard, you can access delivery lists, export delivery lists, access campaign lists, view campaign information, copy campaigns, and resume incomplete campaigns.

To access the dashboard

Click Rapid Campaigns in the main navigation bar. A secondary navigation bar is displayed, the Dashboard page is displayed in the Delivery List view.

Note: The Dashboard is the default interface in Rapid Campaigns. Access the Dashboard at any time within Rapid Campaigns by clicking Dashboard in the secondary navigation bar.

To switch dashboard views

Click the tab for the desired view (Delivery list or Campaigns). The view you selected displays.

To export the Delivery List

  1. Access the Dashboard in the Delivery List view.

  2. Click Export to the right of a list name. The list downloads as a CSV file.

To view campaign information

  1. Access the Dashboard in the Campaigns view.

  2. Click I to the right of a campaign name. A browser pop-up window opens and provides details about the campaign.

To copy a campaign

  1. Access the Dashboard in the Campaigns view.

  2. Click Copy Campaign to the right of a campaign name. The New Campaign page opens using the same design as the campaign you copied.

To resume a campaign

  1. Access the Dashboard in the Campaigns view.

  2. Click Resume to the right of a campaign name.

    The New Campaign page opens to the last uncompleted step.
