Rapid Campaigns New Campaign

On the New Campaign page, you can design a new campaign using a stepped approach.
Note: You can stop after any step and resume the campaign from the dashboard. Refer to the Dashboard topic in the Rapid Campaigns help section.

To access the new campaign wizard

  1. Display the Campaign Manager Search page.
  2. Click the New Campaign link. The New Campaign page is displayed.

Step 1 To create a new campaign (Campaign Info)

  1. Display the New Campaign page. Step 1 fields display (Campaign Info).

  2. Complete fields in Step 1.
  3. Click Next. Step 2 fields display (Delivery List Selection).

Step 2 To continue the new campaign (Delivery List)

  1. Complete fields in Step 2 and click Submit or Find All. Search results display delivery lists according to your search criteria.
  2. Select one delivery list and click Next. Step 3 fields display (Create Document).

Step 3 To continue the new campaign (Design)

  1. Do the following in Step 3:
    • Type text in subject line and paragraph fields.
    • Use the green + buttons to add additional subject line and paragraphs as needed.
    • Use the Text tool to apply rules to paragraphs, and to insert Metadata tags.
  2. Click Next.

    Step 4 fields display (Proof).

Step 4 To continue the new campaign (Proofing)

  1. Select a sample type and the number of deliveries and click Submit New Proof.

    Proofing begins and the status displays as Pending. When the proofing completes the status displays as Completed.

  2. Click View to download a zip file with the proofing documents.
  3. Review the documents and click Accept to continue to Step 5. Step 5 fields display.

Note: The New Campaign page does not update with the status. You must navigate to the dashboard and resume the campaign from the dashboard. Refer to the Dashboard topic in the Rapid Campaigns help section.

Step 5 To continue the new campaign (Scheduling)

  1. Complete the fields in Step 5 (Schedule) and click Next.

    Step 6 confirmation message displays showing the campaign details.

  2. Optionally click the Return to Campaign Search Page link.
