User Administration Password Update

On the Password Update page, you can update a portal user's password.

To update a user's password

  1. Perform a user search.
  2. Locate the user whose password you want to update.
  3. Click Reset in the Password column to the right of the user's name.

    The Password Update page displays.

  4. Type the new password in the Password field.
  5. Re-type the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Submit.

    The Change Password Confirm page displays, confirming that the password was successfully changed.

Note: Password requirements are set by your organization's security policies. Please reach out to your System or User Administrator for those requirements. In general, passwords should contain a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters and cannot be blank or any variation of the word "password".
