User Administration Password Update
On the Password Update page, you can update a portal user's password.
To update a user's password
- Perform a user search.
- Locate the user whose password you want to update.

Click Reset in the Password column to the right of the user's name.
The Password Update page displays.
- Type the new password in the Password field.
- Re-type the new password in the Confirm Password field.

Click Submit.
The Change Password Confirm page displays, confirming that the password was successfully changed.
Note: Password requirements are set by your organization's
security policies. Please reach out to your System or User Administrator for
those requirements. In general, passwords should contain a mix of upper and
lowercase letters, numbers, special characters and cannot be blank or any
variation of the word "password".
