Searching for users

To access user administration

Click User Administration in the top navigation bar. The User Administration User Search page is displayed.
On the User Administration User Search page you can perform a search for users by various criteria. You can do the following from the search results:
  • View user information
  • Reset a user's password
  • Access the User Update page

To search for users

  1. Display the User Administration User Search page.
  2. Enter information into one or more fields.

  3. Click Submit.

    Search results display in a table that might span several pages.

Points to note:
  • You can use an asterisk to perform a wild card search. Enter one or more characters and an asterisk in a field, and then click Search. Results return all users having the same leading characters in that field.
  • To narrow search results, enter information into more search fields. To expand results, remove information from some search fields.
