Preview Import tab

The Preview Import tab is used to validate the file and folder structure of assets that will be imported.

Note: To make changes to the import, click Back in this window.

Do not click back in the browser window.

Information is display-only:

Import Type
The type of import selected: Open Import or Promotion Bundle.
Location
Directory path where the import files are stored.
Import Setting
Displays how the import will be performed: immediate import or import during scheduled time.

Template & Active Content, Document Classes, Delivery options, Devices

Name
Displays the logical import directory, or the name of assets to be imported.
File Name
Displays the asset filename. For example, "Demo.zip"
Comments
Displays any errors or additional information that will occur if the import is processed. These errors should be corrected before the import is run,otherwise related assets import may fail.
For example, missing folder, incorrect asset type, missing document class.
Additional information (for example, "Folder will be created"), is a notification only and does not require action.
The number of assets that will be imported displays at the bottom of this window.

Click Import
A confirmation dialog displays the type of import, and the number of assets to be imported.
Click Yes to start the import process.
