Delivery statuses

After a document is submitted for delivery it will be delivered to its intended recipient without any further intervention. There may, however, be situations in which documents are not delivered as expected or are awaiting delivery. In this scenario the system will assign a status to the delivery item and it will be presented on the Awaiting Delivery page. Possible delivery statuses are as follows:
  • Delivery failed – the document has been routed to a non-existent e-mail address or incorrect e-mail address.
  • On hold – a request for delivery has been suspended and will not be processed by the system until set to Resume.
  • New – a request for delivery has been created and queued to the system.
  • Pending Delivery – shows in your active work queue if you requested local print, or if you queued something for batch.
  • Processing – a request for delivery is currently being processed by the system.
  • Composed – shows for local print delivery items only when the document has been successfully composed and is ready for printing.
