Tasks
Participate in predefined processes that manage the lifecycle of communications from design to delivery using predefined workflows.
Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.
Templates
Templates are used as a base to create your final customer communication.
Editing and confirming data
Where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify the accuracy of pre-populated data, or enter missing data before the communication is edited.
Editing communications
This describes the editing options that allow you to create and edit your customer communication using the selected template.
Selecting delivery options
Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne™ administrator.
Awaiting Delivery
Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.

User accounts and passwords

Those who work with EngageOne™ Compose need their identifying roles and permissions allocated to their usual network log on details. If you have problems with logging in, contact your EngageOne™ administrator.

Time-out

You will be disconnected from your session after a default 20 minute period of inactivity, unless this period is changed by your EngageOne™ administrator. If your session has been timed out, you must log in again to continue working. If you were currently editing a document, any changes you made may be lost. It is therefore important to save your document at regular intervals.
