Asset Promotion facilitates the promotion of assets between test, staging and production environments.

Export process overview

A user selects the assets to export, then clicks Review Dependencies.
The appropriate dependencies are made available. The user can either select or deselect dependencies which will or will not be included in the export.
Clicking Export in the Review Dependencies tab starts the export process.
The export job is registered in EngageOne™, and is added to the export queue in the order of first in first out.

The assets selected for export are processed as part of the export job.
When all individual assets in the export job are finished exporting, the export job is marked as completed.
