Export tab

The following can be exported:

  • Templates

    • Interactive templates

    • Non-interactive templates

    Note that exported templates do not contain devices with template resources which are exported separately as a selectable dependency.

  • Active content
  • Folders

    Folders will be exported if they were selected for export, or if they contain assets that were found as a dependency to selected assets (e.g. active content used by the selected template).

    All folders that are required to recreate a logical folder structure for the selected assets during export will be exported.

  • Document class values associated with a template, active content and folders.
  • Assignments of delivery options to the template, active content and folder.

When asset selection is confirmed, dependencies of the selected assets are found and displayed for review. Dependency resolving supports dependencies of the following types:

  • Active content

  • Delivery options

  • Devices

  • Document class definitions

Select assets for export:
  • Click a folder to expand its contents.
  • Click the check box next to Name to select all assets in the directory.
  • Click the check box next to a directory to select all assets in the directory.
  • Click the check box next to an asset to select it.
