Free-form text

Free-form text can be entered within the body of a paragraph or as a new paragraph on its own if it has been predefined in the original template design as unprotected (identified by a yellow background). This means you can type content into a free-form text area, or copy and paste it in from an outside source such as a Word document or a web page.

A spell check is available within the editor to check all your entries. You may also need to apply formatting after inserting text from another source; for example, if the font and text formatting is not already included in the template. See Working with the editor for more details.
