Selecting delivery options
Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne™ administrator.

Integrated data

If data needs to be gathered from an external source, such as a customer's name and address file, you must first provide information to open the document in the interactive editor.

Integrated data is optional and only displays if the template designer defines form prompts in the associated template. Any document based on a template that includes form prompts will display the integrated data before the editor starts.
