Prompted data

Data prompts allow you to provide information relevant to the current exchange, which is not available in your administrative system. If a prompt is defined as a Lock value in the template, after a value is entered in the field, the value cannot be edited.

The various types of prompts that you might see are:

• Lists with radio buttons, with check boxes, from a drop-down.
• A prompt group, where you can collect multiple values in a single prompt dialog.
• A date selector and/or time selector.
• Text or numeric prompts.
