Enabling Variable Substitution

The Variable Substitution window enables Visual Engineer Plus to substitute variable values for variable names in the input. To access this window, open a print stream, select File > Print Stream Properties, and then click Variable Substitution.

Clear the Substitute variable data within this print stream check box to prevent the substitution of variable values for the variable names in the input. In this case, the variable names will print in the output.
