Mapping long text

To map the long text to the field you want

• For batch mode: depending on maximum number of lines that your long text can have, map the long text fields (representing each line in the editor) with respective Excel columns.

  

  -or-

• For non-batch mode: In the mapping pane, click Long Text.

  All the long text strings that were recorded in the transaction appear. You can now map them to an Excel sheet or an Access table.
