Auto notification on email failure
You can use the auto notification feature to notify users in case of email failure. You can send auto notification to the admin user or the end user via an email or SMS. Whenever a failure email comes to the configured inbound profile, an auto notification event will be invoked to send the notification. This feature will use a pre-defined template associated with the inbound profile. The following sections explain how to create templates and associate them with inbound profiles for which the auto notification feature has been enabled.
