User Management
Control access to the application using standard password management.
User management allows you to control authentication from the initial login and password entry to a subsequent password update when a password expires (or when a user forgets their password).
You can create and edit users for your vendors. Manage User privilege is required. This page displays all the users in the vendor that you are viewing. Enter values in any of the Username, First Name, Surname, Role and Active fields and click the search icon to filter the results. Unselecting the Active check box will limit the search to inactive users.
Note: The search function is not case sensitive and you may opt not to type the whole word in your search criteria. For example, when you type “A” in the Username field, the search result will display a list of usernames with the letter “A”, such as “company_a”, “rwilliams” and “tanderson”.
Note: If JavaScript is enabled in your web browser, the users associated with the entered search criteria are displayed automatically. Otherwise, click the Search icon to trigger the change in the displayed list of users.
