Reset your password

Reset your password in case you forget it. Do not attempt to over guess your password. Exceeding the maximum number of allowed login attempts disables your user account. This feature is not available if LDAP authentication is enabled in EngageOne Deliver and you have logged in using your corporate account.
  1. In the login screen, click the here link to proceed to the Forgotten Password page.
  2. Enter your user name and Click Submit.
  3. Answer the Secret Question and click Submit. A one time password will be sent to your registered email address when the correct answer is supplied.
    Note: Your account is locked after a preset number of attempts to answer the Secret Question. The maximum value is set in the Vendor Environment. A password will only be reset if the Secret Question is answered correctly. Note that answers are not case sensitive.
  4. After you receive the email, return to the Login page and enter the one time password provided by the system.
  5. You are required to update the password. Passwords that you can enter and that will be accepted by EngageOne Deliver should have a minimum length of 6 alphanumeric characters. The password should include minimum 8 and maximum 20 alphanumeric characters and should not include any of the following special characters: ` ~ * < > . ! ' ; :.
    Note: Configure the rules as per your requirements; refer to the EngageOne Deliver Installation Guide.
  6. Click Save.

    You will be transferred to the Main Menu afterwards. For subsequent logins, use the new password you entered in place of the one time system-generated one.
