Reset your password
- In the login screen, click the here link to proceed to the Forgotten Password page.
- Enter your user name and Click Submit.
- Answer the Secret Question and click Submit. A one time password will be sent to
your registered email address when the correct answer is supplied.Note: Your account is locked after a preset number of attempts to answer the Secret Question. The maximum value is set in the Vendor Environment. A password will only be reset if the Secret Question is answered correctly. Note that answers are not case sensitive.
- After you receive the email, return to the Login page and enter the one time password provided by the system.
- You are required to update the password. Passwords that you can enter and that
will be accepted by EngageOne Deliver should have a minimum length of 6
alphanumeric characters. The password should include minimum 8 and maximum 20
alphanumeric characters and should not include any of the following special
characters: ` ~ * < > . ! ' ; :.Note: Configure the rules as per your requirements; refer to the EngageOne Deliver Installation Guide.
- Click Save.
You will be transferred to the Main Menu afterwards. For subsequent logins, use the new password you entered in place of the one time system-generated one.
