Creating alerts

Use the Create Alerts page to create an alert for a Workflow item.

Required privilege: Workflow Manager for the selected Inbound Profile.

  1. On the Conversion/Upload Substitute Content, Indexing, Bounce, Respond, View or History page, select Alert Manager from the Workflow Action drop-down list.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. On the Create Alert page, specify Select User and Note.
  4. Click Submit.
An alert appears for the specified users when they enter the Process Alerts page.
