Interactive user roles
Document Manager | can view all users’ tasks and can assign/reassign tasks. |
Editor | can view templates and
edit the communication. They have access to the following links on
the EngageOne Interactive application:

Editor with saving new templates | can view templates,
edit the communication and have the extra ability to save the new
communication as a new template. They have access to the following
links on the EngageOne Interactive application:
A Save as Template link will appear on the Edit Communication page. |
