Awaiting Delivery
Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.

Vault user roles


Viewer	has the ability to view documents from the Vault databases assigned to their community. These users will see the Archive toolbar icon when they sign in and a Search Archive pane on the EngageOne Interactive application.
Viewer with Reprint	can view the documents from the Vault databases assigned to their community with the added ability to reprint documents. These users will see the Archive toolbar icon when they sign in and the Search Archive pane on the EngageOne Interactive application. A “Reprint” button will appear when viewing a PDF communication.
