Search options

You can assign favorite status to specific templates and delivery methods allowing you to find regularly used items. Favorites are presented at the beginning of their selection lists.  

Search options


	Enter all or some part of the name of the item you are searching for. Search results are dynamically matched on the search string entered. If the name is partially entered, it will be treated as if a wildcard were applied at the beginning and end of the entered characters.
Favorites	Displays items that have been assigned as favorites; these are presented in most frequently used order.
All	Allows you to browse through a predefined folder structure containing all your items. Note that the folder structure you see is configured by the EngageOne administrator.

You can add a template to your favorite list by selecting a template and clicking on Favorite from the Select Templates page.
