Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.

Templates are used as a base to create your final customer communication.

Where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify for the accuracy of pre-populated data, or enter missing data before the communication is edited.

Getting started

The EngageOne Compose application runs in your local browser. Administrators and front office users access the same application. The available views will depend on the access rights assigned by the EngageOne administrator.

To launch the application:

Enter the URL provided by your EngageOne administrator into your web browser, the logon screen is displayed.
Enter your usual network user name and password.
Click Sign In.
