Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.

User accounts and passwords

Those who work with EngageOne Compose need their identifying roles and permissions allocated to their normal network log on details. If you have problems with logging in, contact your EngageOne administrator.

Time-out

You will be disconnected from your session after a default 20 minute period of inactivity unless changed by your EngageOne administrator. If your session has been timed-out you will need to log in again to continue working. If you were currently editing a document any changes you made may be lost, it is therefore important to save your document at regular intervals.
