Select Template page

The template typically contains static content together with predefined sections that allow you to enter customer data using interactive prompts.

You can navigate to the Select Template page by clicking the Templates icon at the top of any Interactive page, or by clicking Browse all templates... from the home page.

From the Select Template page you can:

View all the templates in the system by selecting All.
View templates you have marked as your favorites by selecting Favorites.
Search for a specific template by selecting the magnifying glass icon. For more information on searching for templates, refer to Search options for more information.

Once you select a template from the list, further information about that template will be displayed in the right-hand pane. From here you can click on the thumbnail of the document to view a sample of the document, or select the slider under Favorite to add this template to your favorites list.
