Creating output for Archive
Following is an example of how you might create output for archive.
Step 1: create the archive channel
- Using EngageOne™ Administration, select Delivery Management/Delivery Channels.
- Add a new delivery channel, for example, with the following properties and clik OK.

Step 2: update the delivery option
- Click Delivery Management/Delivery Options.
- Add the Batch Archive delivery channel to your Batch Print delivery channel.
- Click OK to save.
Step 3: create some test documents
- Using EngageOne™ Interactive, create documents with the following
properties.
Color Check Attachments Red
Y Y Red
Y Y Red
N N - Submit each document, selecting Batch Print for your delivery option.
- Approve each document.
Step 4: run batch
Run batch for the delivery channels associated with the delivery option.
