Tasks
Participate in predefined processes that manage the lifecycle of communications from design to delivery using predefined workflows.
Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.
Templates
Templates are used as a base to create your final customer communication.
Editing and confirming data
Where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify the accuracy of pre-populated data, or enter missing data before the communication is edited.
Editing communications
This describes the editing options that allow you to create and edit your customer communication using the selected template.
Selecting delivery options
Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne™ administrator.
Awaiting Delivery
Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.
Search Archive
The Search Archive pane allows you to search documents from a selected database and view them based on communication type or month.

Working with the calendar control

Working with the calendar control

Certain entry fields in the system require date input. To assist with this type of data entry, a calender control is provided. Keyboard shortcuts can be used to access and navigate this control quickly without the aid of a mouse.

Calendar control keyboard shortcuts

Opened date view pop-up
Left arrow	Highlights previous day.
Right arrow	Highlights next day.
Up arrow	Highlights same day from the previous week.
Down arrow	Highlights same day from the next week.
ctrl + left arrow	Navigates to previous month.
ctrl + right arrow	Navigates to next month.
ctrl + up arrow	Navigates to previous view.
ctrl + down arrow	Navigates to next view.
Home	Highlights first day of the month.
End	Highlights last day of the month.
Enter	If in Month view, selects the highlighted day. In other views navigates to a lower view.
Esc	Closes open date picker.
Closed pop-up
alt + down arrow	Opens pop-up.
alt + up arrow	Closes the pop-up.
