26 characters to be used with a particular POSTNET™ font to print a DPBC on a 3800 printer in compatibility mode.

Note: Do not use %%COMP_POSTNET if you do not use IBM Model 3800 printers in compatibility mode. If you use Model 3800 Model 1 printers (but not in compatibility mode), use %%3800_POSTNET. If you use Model 3800 Model 3 or 8 printers in full AFP mode, use %%POSTNET.

To conform with 3800 printers in compatibility mode (240 dpi), Enrichment translates each number to a hexadecimal string, as follows:
